ODL Composite Doors

A composite door is an affordable solution to replacing existing pvc and wooden doors. Our range of composite doors offer excellent value for money, impressive thermally efficiency, solid security and are made to suit your exact criteria. Minimal or no maintenance is required.

As standard we offer a range of 30 door designs, in any colour, complete with Rehau (German) steel reinforced profiles, Ingenious 5 point locking,
3D adjustable hinges, 3 star security cylinders all of which are specifically sourced to work with the ODL 44mm deep composite door slabs.

All our composite doors are 44mm deep manufactured using grained and smooth 2mm thick impact resistant GRP SMC skins. Stiles and rails are manufactured from a water resistant pure PVC polymer and reinforced using LVL (Laminated Veneered Lumber) timbers with a minimum density of 570 kg/m3. The SMC skins and sub-frame door assembly are fully bonded using a urethane adhesive resin. (Door slabs are sourced from ODL Europe).
